Everyday can be a “thankful” day, but we have set aside Thursday to share with you a note of thanks from one of our customers. We type exactly what they wrote to us, but have not put their names on it.
“I want you to know how impressed I have been with the service James Cox has provided me. He was professional and pleasant in his work at my home. The extra trip he made for a temporary fix was above and beyond the ordinary. He has served your company well and has been truly appreciated. I will not hesitate to call RC Heating and Cooling for any future needs in this area. I will also eagerly recommend your services to anyone who may be in need of them. Thank you for having such an outstanding company with excellent service. James Cox represented your company with great skill and caring.”
This was one of those letters that made us smile all week. And, of course, James got all the kudos! Thanks to all of you who go out of your way to show gratitude and make someone’s day.
